Description
This guide, developed by British Red Cross in partnership with the Asylum Support Appeals Project (ASAP) and the Anti-Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit (ATLEU), is written for those assisting adult
survivors of modern slavery in the asylum
system in the UK. It explains the entitlements to support
for a survivor of modern slavery, how to access
them, and how they interact with the asylum
support system. The focus of this guide is
accessing support for survivors of modern
slavery who have concurrent asylum claims.
